I believe yoga finds you in the time of your life that you need it the most. I was a bit of a workaholic and was lacking a real purpose in life. I also was challenged with an recurring injury which limited me from living my life to the fullest . Like most, that all changed when a friend invited me to attend a yoga class.

In January of 2014, I journeyed to Tiruvannamalai, India and achieved my second 200HR teacher training in Yoga. It is pretty hard not to be effected by India, for me it was life changing. I was able to increase my knowledge and awareness of the spiritual and physical level  of my practice. I am overfilled with gratitude for that experience as it  enabled me to realize the blessings within my own life.

I strive to make people who come to my class feel that no matter who they are, they have the ability to do yoga. I hope to share as much as I can with you as I continue to learn. I hope to see you on the mat!
