Amanda Rose, Instructor
Amanda first fell in love with yoga as a university student. She went on to work as a Kinesiologist and became fascinated by the deep connection between the body, breath, and mind. Wanting to bring a more holistic approach to her rehabilitative practice, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training under Christina Raskin.
Amanda is passionate about helping people live their best lives and loves merging the worlds of current anatomy and neuroscience with the traditional practice and philosophy of yoga. She believes that yoga is for EVERY body and aims to cultivate a space where all are welcome, supported, and empowered.
You can find her teaching Hatha, Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative classes. Expect a practice designed to meet you where you are and guide you to safely make each shape your own.
