Angelika Dawson, Instructor
Angelika fell in love with yoga more than a decade ago; it became a transformative experience on her journey towards physical, mental and spiritual health. Yoga has helped Angelika to become deeply aware of the connection between body, mind, and spirit – how these must be in harmony lest she feels the imbalance as illness, anxiety, or discontent. She is grateful for a practice that she experiences both alone and in community.
Angelika is a life-long learner, completing her RYT 200 certification from the Haven School of Yoga under the direction of Rebecca Marshall. She is grateful for all the yoga teachers who have and who continue to speak into her life and practice as she continues to explore opportunities for further learning.
In her classes, Angelika seeks to create a safe and sacred space where students can explore the body/mind/spirit connection. She believes that your mat is a place where you can be challenged, renewed and restored.
