Come as you are. Cheyenne aims to create a space where first and foremost, students feel safe and nurtured. No matter the style, all levels are welcome and modifications will be included. Cheyenne teaches a breath focused practice with the intention of supporting mental health while creating fluidity in the body. Students can expect clear cueing, creative sequencing and soul evoking music. With permission, she offers hands-on assist and massage.
