Courtney is a 200hr RYT based out of Abbotsford, B.C. She began her journey with yoga when she was in high school to stay healthy and fit but found that finding yoga helped her mind as much as it helped her body. Discovering mindful meditation has been a great path to heal from anxiety and depression.
Courtney took her certification under Christina Raskin in Vancouver, BC in 2015. Since then, she has continued her education by taking workshops that have taught her more about meditation and restorative yoga.
She also enjoys drawing and painting, hiking and rock climbing. Travelling is also a passion and has spent quite a few months over the last few years exploring. She met her husband while she was in Germany and they have been married since January 2015. She also has a fluffy persian cat, who she loves very much!
