During the workshop we will practice 3 different kinds of meditation techniques and talk about ways to start and maintain a regular meditation practice.
No experience necessary!
Wendy has had a daily meditation practice since 2005, starting at 7 minutes per day and has worked her way up to 45 minutes daily. Wendy brings direct experience of how meditation can transform your WHOLE life. She is certified to teach level 1 yogic meditation with Padma in Vancouver and level 1 Vipassana meditation with Noah Levine in Los Angeles.
