Jennifer is in the final stages of completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology while also finalizing the Canadian Sports Psychology Membership requirements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology with a sports psychology focus. Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of individuals and has helped them overcome many obstacles – from their first race to improving overall well-being. In addition to her academic background, Jennifer holds a Triathlon Community Coaching certificate for adults as well as youth. With this, she has coached athletes from 5km run races to ultra-running races to Ironman. Not only is Jennifer a coach, she also has an extensive sports background of her own. She has completed over 11 triathlons including three half ironman distances as well as completing Ironman Canada in 2011.
