Jonathan Valder, Instructor

Jonathan is an ambitious practitioner and teacher of mindful movement, breathing, and stillness. He has enjoyed a regular, rewarding practice of meditation since 2014 and he was introduced to yoga in 2015. He now teaches yoga informed by modern bio-mechanics and earth based wisdom. The sense of balance that he has begun to experience in all dimensions of his life fuels his appetite to teach, guide, and inspire others to lead authentic, content, and balanced lives. His creative sequences are inspired by Iyengar’s template, all of which are supported by an abundance of philosophical and anatomical knowledge.

Yoga has had a massive impact on the way Jonathan lives life. It is his dharma, his purpose to teach and share his knowledge and experience with others. He is CYA-500RYT Certified and his teaching is heavily influenced by the alignment based Anusara method.
