Kelsey’s soul grew a connection to yoga at the young age of 16 and has never looked back. While instantly noticing the gentleness yoga brought to her body and mind on the mat, she was curious to know more. She learned through riding the gentle wave of a deeper home practice of pranayama, meditation, and asana that yoga was much more than what you do on that mat but what you do off the mat as well.
In 2018, Kelsey completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Reanna Costa. It was a transformative and phenomenal learning experience and has encouraged her to dive deeper into her own practice, yogic philosophy and different styles of teaching. In her classes, Kelsey emphasizes mindfulness, self-awareness, and playfulness while linking movement to breath. She strives to make her classes challenging, while also reminding you to not taking yourself too seriously and making her class accessible to all levels.
