Kirsty started practicing yoga in 1998. It wasn't until several years later that she realized she wanted to explore the mind-body connection. During a workshop taught by Karen Waite, Kirsty discovered the importance of alignment and decided she wanted to take her practice to a whole new level. In January 2015, Kirsty enrolled in the RDYT200 and successfully completed her Yoga Teacher Training under the instruction of Karen and Kavita. Kirsty is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and enjoys teaching Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga and Meditation in a supportive and safe environment.
