Kristi Breugem, RSW, RCC

Kristi wholeheartedly believes in a collaborative approach to counseling. She is committed to empowering clients to make positive changes in their life. Kristi uses a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy – informed, Emotion-focused Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative based practices. She also incorporates self-compassion and mindfulness into the therapeutic process.

Kristi offers individual and family counseling services in the following areas:

When Kristi is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and dog. She likes to remain active and engage in outdoor activities. Kristi is also an avid bookworm.

Kristi offers a free introductory fifteen minute phone consultation. The consultation gives the client an opportunity to ask questions and discuss their current concern. It is also helpful to determine compatibility between Kristi and the client.
