Alison Cross, Instructor

Ali’s early days as a gymnast - created her love for the mind and body connection, the reason why wherever life takes her she is always drawn back to her mat and yoga. 

After 20 years of dabbling in yoga Ali decided she wanted to share the practice with others. In 2017 she completed her 200YTT in Spain under the guidance of Vidya Heisel. 

Her style is based on strong alignment principles and the practical applications of grace and ease of movement and peace of mind. 

She believes part of her life’s purpose is to help reduce emotional stress through mindful yoga teaching.
