Rachel Hills, Instructor
Rachel Hills is a Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in dance and acrobatic training. She started yoga to fill the void left by aging out of dance classes and fell in love with it because of its centering and peaceful nature. With a heart for serving others and inclusion for people of all abilities, Rachel desires to share her passion for yoga with as many as she can.
Rachel completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Haven School of Yoga in January 2019. She teaches Hatha and Flow classes and also offers specialized classes for People with Special Needs.
