Sherry Hamilton, Instructor
Yoga has been a profound healing practice which has allowed Sherry to connect her body, mind and breath in ways that have helped to release body tension, turbulent thoughts, and anxiety.
Sherry completed her 240 hour Hatha teacher training with the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, and her 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training with Shibui Yoga. She has taken additional training in yin yoga, breathing techniques and trauma informed yoga. Sherry is deeply grateful for the knowledge and support her teachers have shared with her.
When attending one of Sherry's classes you can expect a safe, non-competitive environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and explore the connection between breath and movement.
