Sherry Hamilton is a Yoga Alliance registered 240-hour Enriched Yoga Teacher (EYT 240) in Hatha style yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training through the Vancouver School of Yoga under the guidance of program director and head instructor Lauren Roegele.
Sherry started practicing yoga as a way to quiet her mind and relax her body as she works in a stressful environment, carries a lot of tension in her neck and shoulders, and was experiencing daily tension/migraine headaches. Yoga, meditation and breathing techniques are now daily tools she uses to manage every day stress.
As Sherry’s physical and mental well-being improved, she chose to take the path of the teacher to share what she has learned with others. Students can expect a safe, non-competitive environment where they are encouraged to be themselves and explore the connection between breath and movement.
