Teresa Murray was born and raised in Abbotsford and found the practice of yoga in 2013 as a means to improve her health and fitness level. She quickly found that the practice offered her so much more, including the much needed release from her high stress job and deepened a sense of connection within her she had yet to discover. Having dealt with scoliosis and sciatica pain she also found yoga to be beneficial tool in relieving this pain that affected her personal lifestyle. After seeking out as many classes, workshops, and teachings she could attend,  she finally decided it was time to pursue her new found passion deeper. Teresa completed her 200hr certification under Christina Raskin in 2016 and since has continued furthering her training with workshops and completing her Yoga Nidra in 2017 under Lisa Papez. What was once a past time activity became a whole new way of living and has brought so much happiness and peace into her life that Teresa seeks to bring this experience to every students she meets. Teresa goal with every class is that you leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and with a deep sense of peace and relaxation within body and mind.

Outside of her practice Teresa enjoys exploring the great outdoors in many activities including hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
